WHAT IS AHMEN RACING?Every year AHMEN racing is some of the best, most enjoyable sailing on the lake. AHMEN is an inter-club race series in which each event is hosted by one of the twelve AHMEN member clubs. It’s free to enter and open to beginners and seasoned racers alike. All are welcome. There are five starts – two for white-sail boats and three for boats flying spinnakers. Boats are handicapped in accordance with the PHRF-LO rating system. All AHMEN races take place around fixed marks in the Humber Bay and south of Toronto Island. Races are usually 2½ to 3 hours in length.
